Again, not sure what I was doing all morning, but I didn't get out for my run till after my rescore shift this afternoon. And even then, I was pokey getting my butt out the door, so I didn't head out till almost 6:30. The first lap around the lake was nice, and there were a lot of people out before 7:00. But it really started to get dark on my second lap! Like, I could barely see the path or the few other runners/walkers who were crazy enough to still be out there. Plus, I had my music on, so I was just praying that no one attacked me. And they didn't. Still, I learned my lesson: be done running before 7:00!
Loved the new shoes, though. :-)
